How do I apply?

Choose the product you need, click “Get Started” and complete the online application process.

As part of our responsible lending obligations, we may request supporting documents such as identification, bank statements and income information.

How long does approval take?

Many applications are assessed quickly during business hours, however approval times can vary depending on the information provided.

Can I apply if I receive Centrelink payments?

Yes. Customers receiving Centrelink or other government benefits may still apply, subject to our normal assessment criteria.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a range of payment methods including Direct Debit, PayTo and Credit/Debit Cards.

Are there upfront costs?

Upfront costs can vary depending on the application and product selected.

Can I pay out my rental early?

Yes. If you wish to discuss purchasing your rental product or finalising your agreement early, simply contact our team.

Are there exit fees?

No hidden exit fees apply if you choose to return the goods. Products must be returned in fair and reasonable condition and rental payments must be up to date.

Are your products new?

Yes. Our standard rental products are new unless specifically disclosed otherwise.

What products do you rent?

We rent a wide range of products including:

Mobile phones
TVs
Fridges
Washing machines
Computers
Household appliances

Do your products come with warranty?

Yes. Standard products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty for eligible service and repair claims.

Is this a “Rent to Own” contract?

Australian consumer laws place strict rules around the use of terms like “Rent to Own.” Our agreements are rental contracts and customers do not automatically own the goods at the end of the rental term.

Can I purchase the goods later?

Customers may contact us during or at the end of the rental period to discuss purchase options that may be available at that time.

Do you deliver Australia-wide?

Most products can be delivered Australia-wide however there may be delivery restrictions on some products subject to the location.

What happens if I no longer need the product?

Simply contact our team to discuss returning the goods.

What if my product develops a fault?

Contact our support team and we’ll assist you with the manufacturer warranty process where applicable.

Are my personal details protected?

Yes, all your personal details we collect are protected and kept private in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988.

Rental Application & Agreement

This is the Rental Agreement Schedule referred to in the Oze Rentals Terms and Conditions as the Rental Agreement. The Terms and Conditions of the Rental Agreement and this Schedule form the Agreement between us. This Schedule contains important information including financial information about your Rental Agreement.
Your application is subject to Government imposed rules and regulations and Ozerentals’ assessment and approval process. When assessing your application, We reserve the right to offer a similar item if stock or supplier issues arise with the original item you have selected or we may choose to offer you a different lease term. If we do so, you are under no obligation to accept the item or the lease term offered once you have been notified of your approval and prior to signing of the agreement.
