At Oze Rentals, we can provide virtually anything you might need in terms of household goods or basic business equipment on a short-term basis for any period, from one day to twelve months. This means you choose how long you rent for, and only pay for the time you need.

Whether it’s a single laptop, washing machine, smart TV, fridge, or other household appliance, or a full home furnishing including furniture, linen, and even cutlery, we can help you. We’re also great at providing presentational equipment (e.g. TVs on stands, projectors) for business groups on conference trips or day training sessions.

Just a few examples of clients who might use our short-term rental option include Airbnb operators, temporarily relocated subcontractors, short-term residential or aged care units, event managers or conference planners, and even regular mums and dads who might need to replace a broken-down appliance for a few days before they purchase a new one.

We even have clients who have travelled from interstate to their new home, and have arrived six weeks ahead of their shipping container! Short-term rentals are a great way to fill that gap with anything you might need.

Rental Application & Agreement

This is the Rental Agreement Schedule referred to in the Oze Rentals Terms and Conditions as the Rental Agreement. The Terms and Conditions of the Rental Agreement and this Schedule form the Agreement between us. This Schedule contains important information including financial information about your Rental Agreement.
Your application is subject to Government imposed rules and regulations and Ozerentals’ assessment and approval process. When assessing your application, We reserve the right to offer a similar item if stock or supplier issues arise with the original item you have selected or we may choose to offer you a different lease term. If we do so, you are under no obligation to accept the item or the lease term offered once you have been notified of your approval and prior to signing of the agreement.
