To process your application, you must submit 90 days of bank statements and MyID documents (formally MyGOV).
This is a mandatory legal requirement.
We cannot assess your application without these documents. This is a three step process:
  1. Complete the Application
  2. Submit your bank Statements
  3. Submit your MyID documents
SO BEFORE YOU BEGIN
  1. Make sure you have your online banking Login details
  2. Decide on how you are going to login into My ID (formally MyGOV) either;
    1. Have your MyID Username and Password ready.
    2. Have your MyID app on your device up and ready (the Government only gives you 1 minute to authenticate).

The Terms and Conditions of the Rental Agreement and this Schedule form the Agreement between us. Your application is subject to Government imposed rules and regulations and Ozerentals’ assessment and approval process. When assessing your application, We reserve the right to offer a similar item if stock or supplier issues arise with the original item you have selected or we may choose to offer you a different lease term. If we do so, you are under no obligation to accept the item or the lease term offered once you have been notified of your approval and prior to signing of the agreement.

Before you get started you will need to make sure you have a few things ready to upload.
You will need:
Photo ID with your current address
You will be able to submit Three months Bank Statements, Centrelink Statement (if you a Centrelink payment) and your Medicare details at the end of the application electronically

You're almost there, once you submit your application, you will be directed to the bank statement page where you can submit your bank statement, Centrelink statement (if you receive benefits) and Medicare details electronically. Your application CANNOT proceed without these.
Once you have submitted your application, we will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible. Once approved, you will be sent a deposit payment and direct debit authority and once we have received these, your items will be shipped.
