YES! To process your application, you must submit 90 days of bank statements and MyGov documents. Make sure you have your online banking Login details ready and decide on how you are going to log in to MyGOV. The access options are either;

• Have your MyGov Username and Password ready.
• Have your MyID app on your device up and ready (the Government only gives you 1 minute to authenticate).

All applications are subject to credit and affordability assessments under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act. We review your bank statements and credit report to confirm the rental is suitable for you.

“Rent to Own” has been a widely used but misused term. The law states that on a consumer lease, a client renting goods does not have the obligation to purchase the items; therefore, the supplier cannot imply that they will own them at the end, or this becomes a sales by instalment agreement. Our customers pay rental instalments for a fixed term, and at the end of the rental period, they have the option to return, upgrade or make an offer to purchase the items, where traditionally, the value of this is minimal.

Your weekly rental payments give you full use of brand‑new products today, and at any time, you can request us to provide a settlement figure to purchase the item outright. Ownership only transfers once that figure is paid.

Absolutely. We partner with national freight carriers to service all of Australia, providing rentals for regional Queensland, Northern Territory and Western Australia. Delivery times may be 1–2 days longer than estimated.
